10-YEARS GOLDEN VISA
Buy a property with a loan from specific banks, or buy one or more completed or off-plan properties worth at least AED 2 million ( 540 000 USD) from licensed real estate agencies, or buy a property worth at least AED 2 million.
5-YEAR RETIREMENT VISA
If the customer is aged 55 or over, and meets the following criteria:
- owns a property or group of properties worth at least AED 1 million (loan purchases and off-plan properties are also accepted).
- minimum amount in a local bank account: AED 215,000 ~ USD 58,000
- minimum income: USD 4,500
- working in the United Arab Emirates for at least 15 years.
